On 28 February 2012 Newark Town Football Club Limited was registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965. Register number 31547 R. Newark Town Football Club Limited is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

At the final Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Newark Town Football Club (an unincorporated association) held on 17 June 2012 the assets were transferred to the newly formed legal entity and the old club was dissolved.

Newark Town Football Club Limited now administers all aspects of Newark Town Football Club matters.

Fast forward to the present day and at the last Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 6 December 2025, the following Board of Directors were elected:
