Although we try to ensure everyone connected to the club is content, inevitably problems may occur. Whilst most are minor, there are rare occasions when we must formally deal with complaints. Our complaints procedure outlines how we deal with such issues and the processes we follow.

We are all volunteers and as such have no legal authority to punish or prosecute. However, we do have the authority to remove players, parents, family members, supporters and volunteers from official roles within the club if the need arises and we will always refer to the Police, Social Services, the FA or other Governing bodies if the matter arises.
