7 pm every Tuesday at the Tom Mann Pavilion, Devon Park, Newark (NG24 4QN) is the weekly meet-up of the Newark Town Team Talk group.

A peer support group set up specifically for men. Supporting each other, breaking down the stigma of mental health and raising awareness of suicide and self-harm.

There are no fees, no registrations, no expectations, just a warm welcome and a safe space to share your experiences and advice. Please come along, bring a mate, and please share, you never know what someone else is going through.

With a pool table, dart board and table football, it's not all about the talking.
