This peer support group has been created so that together we can help each other, tackle the stigma surrounding mental health and open up the conversation around suicide and self-harm awareness.

Whatever stage of the journey you are at, there are others who feel the same, and by supporting each other we can help reduce the number of people who are struggling. You may want to talk, just have a coffee, meet new people, go for a walk or kick about on the park, this group will be whatever you want it to be.

There are no expectations, just a warm welcome and the start of something amazing for everyone.
