When joining our club, players and families are required to read and agree to follow our Codes of Conduct. It is important that everyone attending a match is familiar with them as failure to comply may result in spectators being cautioned or even banned resulting in the player's registration being cancelled.
Any fines imposed by the FA because of disruptive proven charges, will be payable by the person(s) involved and will not be paid by the club.
We will not tolerate coaching from the side lines, criticism of players (even if he/she is your child), abusive language, threats of violence or verbal assaults towards any of our managers, players, volunteers, coaches, referees, officials or other spectators.
Many of our referees are children, however regardless of age, we have a duty of care to ensure the safety of match officials, and we will stop a match and report it to the relevant league and FA if we feel the behaviour of spectators, managers or players is cause for concern. Respect for the match officials is paramount.
If you witness any behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable or feel is unnecessary, disruptive or disrespectful, please report it to your team Respect Officer or click on the link below to report it directly to the club. You don’t need to get involved, speak to the team manager who will deal with it if they can.
Our young children are entitled to play the sport they enjoy in a safe and happy environment, please don't let the minority spoil it.
We have a zero-tolerance policy and if anyone is reported for abusing, criticising, side line coaching towards players, officials, opposition or spectators, they will be banned immediately.
