Tougher than expected

we are a generous bunch here at Newark , who ever we play we like to gift goals , that's fine as long as we are out scoring them . When we realise that we don't need to help other teams out we will be some outfit . The goals we concede are daft avoidable ones that drive you mad . Anyway we did play well and pass the ball around the field like we know we can , this is when we are at our best. This is when we score and make things difficult for opponents . The game was starting to swing our way when Finley scored his first, sharp passes sent Kieron away who drilled across goal for Finley to tap home , 1-0. The back line of Tom , Dylan and Isaac looked better again and look as though they are getting their heads around their unified positioning on the field . The gaps between keeper and midfield looks right ,and tom reading of the game gets better each week with it .At 20 mins I changed midfield around as I didn't think it was working as it should be , Sam came on and played exactly were I asked him and started seeing loads of the ball spaying it to Pete who had a lot of decent runs at their full back. Kieron was on the ball again and a lovely waited pass sent away linford Finley , he slotted it into corner 2-0. When your on form you get luck also it seems , Sam smashed a rocket shot towards goal ,it was going wide until it hit Finley's stomach and in for his hat trick , it was 3-0 at halftime. We spoke about keeping our shape and discipline and the next goal , 4-0 it's over,3-1 they have something to go at . Well after a pressured 5 minutes we attacked on the break,this time it's was Jacobs through ball , Finley's quick and over hit balls to him are dreams , he looked for his spot and found it for 4-0 . This sparked a brief revival from Saxilby, their best player looks like he carries a bit chunk for Saxilby's midfield he hit a screamer from 25 yards after some wayward attempts at a tackle from our own midfield . 4-1. From ko we gave the ball away , going for Hollywood passes instead of simple stuff , to be fair they still had a lot to do, but again sloppiness is our biggest negative and we got punished 4-2, a slight bit of uneasiness maybe?. This time route 1 , a massive kick from Harry sent Finley through , he scored at the right time to kill off Saxilby 5-2 , our sixth cam from a series of corners and was the best of the lot , the ball was cleared and fell to Charlie (Dickens) who from outside the box calmly passes it into the only place available, the far bottom goalkeepers left 6-2 it finished . Again not quite hitting 5th gear we won , it's going to come soon , that much I know and when it does it'll glorious , MOM was Finley , but my moment was the subline finish from Charlie
