Could the Trojans keep up their current good form going into the game

From the get go the boys looked up for it as always, they very rarely don't turn up and give it their all and today was no exception. After the last game between the sides had resulted in a big win for the Trojans, confidence was high and it only took 5 minutes to make them pay, with the tricky Max Oldfield turning the defence inside out and putting a nice ball into the middle for Oliver Walsh to tap in to make it 1 - 0. The second came minutes later with an almost identical move same assist and same scorer from the same position to make it 2 - 0, the third was Oliver's hat trick his first for the Trojans, he has really found his shooting boots since handing over the goalkeeping duties to Harley Weekley, Oliver took this one with a very calm finish into the bottom corner from the middle of the area. Alex Dawes was next he has for the last two seasons been at the heart of the defence however since the increase in player size this has allowed him to move out wider at the back and this has also allowed him to use his speed and bomb forward on the overlap a lot more, and this is how he got his goal he lost his marker and flew forward with the ball beat the last defender and put it past the keeper from a tight angle to make it 4 - 0, next came the ever dependable Nojus Lukjanovas with Max Oldfield getting another assist to his name, then the same pair cropped up again for number 6 Max slipped the ball through to Nojus who dispatched the ball into the net with some force, the half time whistle blew and it was 6 - 0.
The whole team had been performing well with solid games from Blair Walsh and Tyler Arundell in defence, the ever dependable Jack Oldfield spraying the ball around from the defensive midfielder role, Charlie Harris being an absolute nuisance to the opposition and was there at every turn with some strong tackling and some great passing also, the next goal came from some excellent play by Jack who fed Charlie down the line he beat the defender by going wide crossed the ball over to Troy Christie who touched it onto Max Oldfield for his first and deserved goal, Max was terrorising the defence the whole game and it would have been an injustice if he hadn't managed to get his name on the sheet, Max had a chance again when he struck an excellent shot high from distance for the keeper to parry it out and who was there? it was Oliver again for his fourth. Number 9 came when Brook Davies won the ball out wide he fed it to Henry Wilkinson and he ran with the ball and they struck a cool finish past the keeper for his first of the game. for the last ten minutes it seemed to be Troy Christie v the keeper and the keeper was coming out on top it seemed like no matter what he did the ball wasn't going to go in that was until the last minute of the game when Alex Dawes got the ball on the edge of the area he got a call from Troy and he found him with a nice ball and Troy struck it in from way outside the area for his goal and the teams 10th a good win, well done boys, a special mention to Harley Weekley who had next to nothing to do the whole game but when he did he did it with ease, the life of a goalkeeper isn't easy and his time will come in the coming weeks I'm sure.
Man of the Match went to Nojus Lukjanovas, but in fairness it could have gone to a number of players with Charlie Harris, Max Oldfield and Alex Dawes all having great games as well as Nojus.
