Promote your business to 1000's of visitors at this year's tournament

We are delighted to be hosting our annual summer tournament after a 2 year break due to covid. We have been inundated with entries, and this year we are hosting over 3 days; 11th, 12th & 19th June.

We have received over 150 entries and are expecting around 1000 people to attend each of the 3 days. This puts us in a great position to recover some of the fundraising money we have lost due to cancelled events, to enable us to fulfil our dream of extending and improving the pavilion for the benefit of our club, and the wider community.

We are appealing to employers and other local businesses to help us make this event a massive success for the whole community, whilst taking advantage of a very wide and far reaching audience.

There will be stalls, games and bouncy castles as well as refreshments and a great atmosphere!

Sponsorship opportunities are as follows:
Age group sponsor £75 each, includes name on the trophy, advert in the programme, social media advertising, logo displayed pitch side (18 required)

Advertising sponsorship £50 each. Advert in the programme and social media advertising - over 3000 visitors expected over the 3 days so great coverage for your business

BBQ and refreshments sponsorship £50 each - Advert in the programme and social media advertising, logo displayed - supplier of meat and bakery items are also required please submit your prices.

These 'products' can be purchased online at https://newarktownfc.square.site/ and every donation will be spent on tournament costs.

We will be holding a meeting on Thursday 21st April, 7pm at the Pavilion to discuss plans and would like as many people as possible to attend - please come along if you want to get involved
