Our risk assessment has been approved by Newark and Sherwood District Council and should be read in conjunction with our match day procedures document.
Visiting teams are required to provide our team manager with a copy of their risk assessment and confirm that they have an up to date contact tracing document and that each player and coaching staff have completed a self screening declaration on the day of the match.
Managers have the right to refuse to play if the appropriate documents are not supplied. The club Covid Coordinator will contact the opposing team's Covid Coordinator, and if they are still not satisfied that guidelines have been followed, the team will be referred to the relevant league.
