Newark Town FC are pleased to announce their managerial team for the forthcoming season.

The first team will be under the joint management of Tony Joynes and Nicky Andersen who previously worked together at Harrowby United two seasons ago. Andersen has previous experience as manager of Spading United and Blackstones and was assistant manager at Sleaford Town last season. The highly experienced Bob Shaw rejoins the club to take on the position of first team coach. The senior set up also sees Steve “Dewey” Chappell, the manager of last season’s successful Under 18 team take charge of Newark Town’s Under 21 team.

Simon Daws has left the club to take on the role of manager at Radcliffe Olympic. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Simon for his contribution last season and to wish him every success in his new position. Our thanks also go to outgoing Under 21 manager Danny Purves who leaves to join the coaching team at Manchester City.
