Central Midlands League Constitution for 2018/19

Newark Town will compete in the North Division and there will be 15 teams.

Harworth Colliery promoted to NCEL 1
Retford United relegated from NCEL 1
Welbeck Lions - lateral movement to CMFL South
Brodsworth Welfare folded
Lincoln Moorlands Railway - lateral movement to Lincolnshire league
