All players will need to complete a NTFC Registration and Consent form. Existing players will have a pre-populated form from last season. Please complete and correct any errors

New Newark Youth Football League

New players will need to complete a NNYFL registration form including two passport photos. If a player does not have a Football Association Number (FAN) proof of date of birth is also needed.

If a player is already registered (has a FAN) but is transferring to NTFC or transferring between teams a NNYFL registration form must be completed including two photos.

Existing players that are staying in the same team only need to sign a retention form. Both player and parent signatures are required. If your address has changed since last year this should be corrected on the reverse on the form.

For players being re-registered on retention forms if you submitted a photo of the player in 2015/16 then there is no need to send another photo UNLESS the likeness of the player is not appropriate. Otherwise a new photo must be provided.

Other Leagues

Playing competing in the Grantham League, YEL or Notts Youth League will have different league registration arrangements. Please contact your manager
